I have just joined this dentist and I find it to be excellent everyone friendly and dentist was gentle, and the teeth cleaning very good they talk to you and listen to you, no rushing you out, I would definitely recommend this clinic.
I've been with Perfect Smile for many years now and the professional team have always been so helpful. From booking appointments to the caring dentists and hygenists I have always been treated so well. Highly recommend this dental practice who go out of their way to provide a friendly, helpful and top class service to their patients.
I had a traumatic experience 7 years ago at a dentist and haven't been back to one since joining Perfect Smile Clinic. When I say I was crying in my consultation from anxiety, the next appointment I was crying tears of joy and pure gratitude. My Dr, Dr Kristina and her assistant TRUELY listened to me in my consultation and took on board my fears and have reassured me constantly through out our last sessions. I have a lot of dental work to do and zero anxiety as my dentist and her assistant are so so so supportive, understanding and just incredible really. Also the lovely lady at reception is just the smiley warm face you wanna see welcoming you in, she too has made me feel safe and secure at this dentist. I just want to say again how incredible these woman are and I will definitely be dropping off gifts of gratitude once my dental work is over. If anyone reading this is hesitant due to last experiences, make that appointment here, I've never felt more safe in a dentist than with Dr.Kristina and her awesome assistant. Thank you again to the incredible women who have taken care of me I really really appreciate you and how you're changing my life one tooth at a time.
Excellent service. Truly wonderful staff. Only complaint is the high cost of private treatment. Please offer NHS service esp for pensioners like me!
PS: Leanne was brilliant. Very sadly missed now. Please coax her back and I'll forget about the prices!
My children have received excellent care at this dental clinic. My daughter used to be very afraid of going to the dentist, but the dentist and assistants here are incredibly patient, kind, and professional. Thanks to their gentle and caring approach, she’s no longer afraid of dental visits. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.
